 Double berth forward, New propane Newport 9000 fireplace, New upholstery, New Teak cabin sole and a Head w/macerator pump.

 New 2 burner Force 10 propane stove top, SS sink, Press cold water and a well lit workspace.

Mechanical:
 350 CID gas engine w/Mercruiser leg that has been serviced annually at Cove Yachts as well as redo bottom paint and zincs. She has a New propeller, a New Garick heavy duty adjustable 4 stroke motor bracket.

Deck:
 Complete canvas covers, New aluminum custom designed swim platform, Anchor windlass, Bruce Anchor on pulpit, 200' anchor rode, 4 life jackets and all dock lines and fenders.

Electrical:
 12/110V with 2 batteries.

Electronics and Navigation:
 New Eagle depth sounder with two station connections, Radar on custom arch and VHF with remote station.
