General Comments:
This 46 ft. Monk is absolutely beautiful. She has
every amenity you could ask for including a Hurricane Heating System. Very large
and well equipped galley. She will make an excellent live a board. Huge aft
cabin with centre queen berth.
She is definitely a "must see".
Accommodation:
2 staterooms- 1 forward and master aft with walk
around bed, 2 heads (one with separate walk in shower), Hurricane hot water
heating system, Propane hot water system and a large salon with fireplace and
curved lounge.
Galley:
4 burner propane stove w/oven, Double SS sink,
Dishwasher, Fridge, Freezer, Washer, Dryer and ample counter/cupboard space.
Cold Storage under double bed in fwd stateroom with plenty of shelves and a Deep
freeze is built into the boat.
Mechanical:
Twin Chrysler 440 CID gas engines with 900 hours on
them.
Deck:
Hardwood floors in Galley, Aft Head, Salon and
Wheelhouse lounge.
Electrical:
2500W Trace inverter and an Onan 4 Kw genset.
Electronics and Navigation:
New Furuno Sounder and Radar.
