General Comments:
 Morning Wind II is in excellent condition with many recent upgrades. She is ready to go today.

 6'2'' headroom, Main/Aft cabin refurbished w/yellow cedar 2002, Double berth aft w/additional single berth, Double berth forward, Dinette converts to a double, 2 heads, Force 10 hot water (New 2002), Jabsco 3.7 gal pump, King SS 110V electric heater, 8 gal holding tank and ample storage.

Galley:
 Dickinson diesel stove w/oven, Danby 12/110V  fridge w/freezer, Danby microwave, SS sink, Exhaust fan system for galley and engine room.

Mechanical:
 40 hp Volvo Penta D2-40 (New 2008), 77.5 hours, New(2008) Volvo transmission, Prop, Shaft and bearings were replaced in 2008.

 12/110V, New 2008 30 amp breaker panel, 3000W Xantrex Inverter/Charger (New 2000), Battery monitor (New 2008), 2-Energy1 house batteries (New 2008), 1-start battery (New 2007), 4 position battery switch (New 2008).

Electronics and Navigation:
 Binnacle mounted Compass, Millennium 2000 VHF, RayMarine ST 4000 autopilot, Lowrance 8200 C Globemap software card (New 2009), Garmin 200/50 sounder and a Barometer.
