General Comments:
 This proven off-shore designed vessel is ready to go. She has a great interior layout and has all the amenities needed to live on board. Lots of sails and a well kept vessel.
This vessel is the exception to the rule with plenty of new upgrades.

Accommodation:
 Double berth forward, Double in main cabin and 2 quarterberths.

Galley:
 Hillirange 3-burner propane stove w/oven, NovaKool fridge, SS sink and a Webasco diesel hot water heater.

Mechanical:
 30 hp Yanmar QM30 diesel engine w/839 hrs, Wagner hydraulic steering and a 16X12 RH Bronze prop.

Rig and Sails:
 Main sail, Storm Jib, Stay sail, 130 Genoa, 1-#30 Lewmar 2 speed, 1-#24 Lewmar 2 speed, 2-#40 Lewmar 2 speed and 2 Murray Halyard winches.

Deck:
 45 lb SS Plough anchor, 300' 5/16'' chain, 500' 5/8'' line, 55 lb Bruce secondary anchor,  Soft bottom Zodiac dinghy, 2 hp Honda outboard and a Lowrance electric windlass.

Electrical:
 12/110V with 1 12V start battery, 4-6V Deep Cycle house batteries, 1 12V Deep Cycle for windlass, 500W Honda genset, 2000W Heart Inverter, 30 amp shore power, 55W Soltexsolar panel, 2-75W Soltex solar panels, 1-Wind generator and an Alternator.

Electronics and Navigation:
  Danforth Constellation compass, Furuno radar/Autohelm, ICOM-IC55/ICM45 VHF, Seatalk Autopilot, Bi-data speed/depth sounder, Kenwood stereo, Clock/Hydrometer/Barometer and Handheld Horn.
