General Comments:
"Ladyhawke" is an exquisite vessel. She has been
well maintained and the quality craftsmanship is evident everywhere.
Accommodation:
Vessel has a Double berth forward, the 2 settee's
convert to single berths and there is a quarter berth aft. She has a head with
shower, Woiter 300 on demand hot water heater, Force 10 forced air furnace and a
100L holding tank (New in 2007).
Galley:
Vessel has a Force 10 3-burner stove w/oven,
Nova Cool 12V fridge w/freezer, Kenmore microwave, 2 SS sinks, Corian counter
top, and an ample amount of cupboard/counter space.
Mechanical:
Vessel has a 2003 Volvo 27 hp diesel engine with
FWC, 19"X13" 3 blade feathering prop and Whitlock cable steering.

Vessel has a Main sail, Storm Sail with bag fixed on
baby stay, 4-Harken winches, Spinlock rope stoppers, Sail covers, Aluminium mast
and mechanical boom vang, Profurt (HD) Jib reefer/furler, Line control whisker
pole.
Deck:
Vessel has a Muir HR chain/rope windlass (2007),
Chain locker and wash down system, 300' 5/16 chain to a 35' Bruce anchor, 300'
line to a 35' plough anchor, 250' line to a Danforth type stern anchor,
Sunbrella, Fold up dingy davits and a SS telescoping stern ladder.
Electrical:
Vessel is 12/110V with 3 house batteries, 1 house
battery (3 new in 2008), 120 amp alternator, Cruise equipment volt/amp/hour
meter, Hart 2000 inverter/100 amp charger w/remote pad, Hart tank tender
(monitors 4 tanks), 50 amp shore power, DC/AC electrical panel w/indicator
lights and a West battery combiner.
Electronics and Navigation:
Vessel has Raymarine radar (16nm-18" radome),
Raymarine C-80 chartplotter (Navonics), Raymarine full set of nav instruments
ST50 (Wind, Depth, Speed, Compass, multi etc), Raymarine DGPS, Garmin fish
finder, Standard Horizon VHF and a Magellan GPS.
